호주 퍼스 스마트라이더카드 Autoload error : smartrider date of birth or smartrider security answer do not match our records 해결방법

안녕하세요, 꿀꿀이입니다. 

최근 스마트라이더카드 자동충전시 교통요금의 20%가 할인된다는 정보를 알고 Transperth 어플 설치 후 

Autoload 등록하려고 하니 smartrider date of birth or smartrider security answer do not match our records 라는

메세지가 뜨면서 등록이 안되더라구요. 

그래서 해결방법에 대해 포스팅해보려고 합니다. 

 

STEP 1.  Go on Transperth website

아래 홈페이지로 들어가게 되면 오른쪽 하단에 체크해둔 곳을 클릭해주세요. 

그러면 온라인 채팅 문의를 할 수가 있어요.

STEP 2.  ASK online or Call 13 62 13 

전화로 트랜스퍼스에 문의하셔도 되지만 전화 영어가 두렵다면 온라인 챗으로 문의해볼 수 있어요. 

If you have any problems about Smart rider card, you can ask online or call 13 62 13.

My problem : My Date of birth was wrong in system.

저는 제가 스마트라이더 카드 만들때 설정한 Security Question에 대한 Answer이 잘못된 줄 알고 문의하였는데 

온라인 챗으로 얘기하다 보니 저의 Date of birth가 잘못 등록되어 있던 것이 문제 였어요. 그래서 Date of birth 를 Change 해야하는데

개인정보 변경은 챗으로 바로 할 수 없고 알려주는 곳으로 email을 보내라고 하더라구요. 

너무 귀찮아지는 것 같아 이 방법 밖에 없냐고 문의했더니 Info Center로 직접 방문해도 된다고 하길래 저는 직접 방문하기로 했어요. 

 

If anyone need to change your Date of birth, you need to send e-mail to smartriderenquiries@pta.wa.gov.qu.

As you see, you should attach a  copy of your ID and your full name, date of birth, current address, smart rider number in email. Or you can just visit any info center in person with your ID.
